When am I charged?
You pay £14.99 when you subscribe, then every month on the same date.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep full access until the end of the month you've paid for. After that your journal stays visible to you, view only.
Can I import my trades from MetaTrader?
Yes. Save your account history from MT4 or MT5 as a report, or export a CSV from your broker, and upload it. Traders Zone logs every closed trade for you.
Which markets does it support?
All major, minor and exotic forex pairs, plus gold (XAUUSD). Pip values adjust for JPY pairs and gold automatically.
Is my trading data private?
Yes. Your journal is visible only to you, plus any mentor you choose to give access to. You can remove their access at any time.
Does my mentor need to pay?
No. Your mentor creates a free account with the email address you added, and your journal appears under Shared with me.
